Calling all W-L Creatives! If you enjoy art, music, and dance or are interested in writing, producing films, or taking photos, join us and have fun showcasing your inner artist with PTA Reflections! The 2024 Theme is “Accepting Imperfection…”. Entry forms and more details are included in the links below.
Are you an adult with creative experience? Consider volunteering to be a judge: please contact the W-L Reflections Chair, Cassandra Keating, at reflections@w-lpta.org for more information.
2024 entry form and entry rules. All entries must be sent electronically to reflections@w-lpta.org no later than 5 pm on Friday, November 15.
Learn more about the theme here. Hot tip: your interpretation of the theme is weighted more heavily than technical skill and creativity with judges at all levels. So, “reflect” on what “Accepting Imperfection” means and show us what you’ve got!
Visit the VA PTA Reflections pages for further information or reach out to the W-L Reflections Chair, Cassandra Keating, at reflections@w-lpta.org.
About Reflections: In 1969, Colorado State PTA President and arts educator Mary Lou Anderson introduced a student art contest that would eventually become Reflections, the National PTA’s cornerstone arts program. In the 50+ years since the program’s founding, millions of students have been inspired to participate by reflecting on a specific, student-selected theme to create original artwork.
