W-L PTA Newsletters:

Sign up for the W-L PTA newsletter (sent weekly) and/or grade level newsletters (sent occasionally) via our online form found at www.w-lpta.org/join. Simply check the appropriate boxes within the “Contact Information” section of the form and submit the request.

To post items in our newsletters:

We are happy to post relevant community events and information, depending on space and importance to our community.  Items should be non-political and not marketing a business.

To submit announcements to the newsletter, please send an email with text of your announcement to outreach@w-lpta.org. For any issues either accessing the newsletter or submitting announcements, email president@w-lpta.org

Please note: You can sign up to receive newsletters on the EZ-form even if you are not paying any dues or any donation at the time of sign up.  The service fee only applies if you are paying dues or donating.

APS ParentVUE & access@APS

ParentVUE is the access portal for our student information system, Synergy@APS. ParentVue gives parents/guardians access to update student information online, and through ParentVue and StudentVue, families can view student schedules, class attendance, class assignments, grades and report cards.
To create an account and log into ParentVUE, you need a valid email address and the Activation Code provided to you by APS. If you did not receive or misplaced your Activation Code, you can email W-L’s registrar.

APS School Talk

When you add or update your email address in APS’s student information system, you are automatically subscribed to APS School Talk. This usually happens when you complete your first day packet information. APS School Talk emails include athletic and activities announcements, general school announcements, and emergency announcements. You may change your School Talk email preferences or add an email address to receive School Talk in your ParentVue account.

Online W-L Directory

Do you need contact information for a W-L parent, student, or teacher? The W-L PTA’s online directory can be accessed at https://wl.schoolhouse.directory. The directory enables you to search for phone numbers of W-L families, teachers, and staff. The directory is available from your favorite web browser and is also installable as a mobile device App.

The directory is password protected and only families of current students have access. The directory database is updated each October. Returning families use the user-id and password that you were e-mailed when your student started at W-L (you can click on “need your password?” if you do not remember your password). Families who are new to W-L are emailed a welcome notice explaining how to set up access (if you do not receive that welcome notice by late-October you can e-mail the contact link posted at the bottom of the directory home page).
