W-L HS Centennial

First known unofficially as “the central high school,” Arlington’s oldest high school opened in 1924. Formerly “Washington-Lee” from 1925 through 2019, Washington-Liberty High School continues the school’s legacy.

Throughout the year a rotating selection of images from the school archives will be posted here. While no official centennial-related events are currently planned, do check back here for any community or school-sponsored events during the 2024-2025 school year.
