On August 29, 2016, Washington – Lee Physical Education Department was recognized by Health, Physical, Driver Education and Athletics Supervisor, Mrs. Debbie DeFranco, as an APSFit Bronze school for the 2015 – 2016 school year!
Ninth and tenth grade students’ fitness were measured numerous times a year on their Curl-ups, Push-ups, Trunk Lift, Back Saver Sit and Reach as well as 15-meter Pacer Test scores.
