W-L’s 21’st annual Poetry Out Loud final was on Wednesday, December 10 in the library, and Natalie Faust, a 12th grader, was our winner.

Natalie will go on to compete in the regional semifinals, and possibly from there onto the state final, held in Waynesboro, VA. Sebastian Berisha, another 12th grader, was second, and 3rd place was taken by 10th grader Arjun Rao. Our competition was generously supported by the PTSA and Poetry Out Loud overall is funded by the National Endowment for the Arts.
