Eleven (11) finalists presented their poems before a distinguished panel of judges, including our own Principal Tony Hall!
Sophomore Anna Mohanty is representing W-L for a 2nd year in a row. Anna will go on to compete in the state semifinal competition in February.
Freshman Pippin Blackwell-Curtis placed second, and juniors Violet Banks and Solomon Galpern tied for 3rd place.
Other finalists inclue: Bellum McPhillips-DeFilippi, Olivia Tighe, Susie Caretti, Elizabeth McMullin, Lucy Hultquist, Papatya Krody, Lara Mohamed, & Gunnar Nathanson.
