What is the Senior Boat Party?

The Senior Boat Party is a PTA-sponsored W-L Senior Class tradition, providing new graduates a festive night of fun with a safe, supervised and alcohol-free environment where they can mark this milestone on the water via a Potomac River boat cruise. The 2020 W-L Boat Party graduation night event will take place aboard the Odyssey with capacity to accommodate everyone in the Class of 2020!

When is the 2020 Boat Party?

The Senior Boat Party takes place on Thursday, June 18th, the night of graduation, from approximately 10:30 pm to 3:30 am (this includes check-in time, bus transportation from Washington – Liberty HS to and from the dock, and the boat cruise itself, which is 12 midnight – 2:30 am). A hot breakfast will be waiting for the new graduates when they return from the boat, thanks to the W-L Hispanic Parents Association.

What are my options if my family can’t afford a ticket?

The Class of 2020 Boat Party Committee will be selling them at athletic events (banquets, information nights and games), plays, concerts and other upcoming W-L activities.
