Max Morrision Accepts West Point Leadership & Ethics Conference (WPLEC) Scholarship Award

Eleventh grade student, Maximilian “Max” Morrison, as the recipient of the West Point Leadership & Ethics Conference (WPLEC) Scholarship. In a ceremony on June 8th, Max was awarded a certificate and a $3,000 scholarship from Neal Anderson, on behalf of the WPLEC.
Student Awarded Scholarship to Study Arabic for U.S.Dept. of State

Lara Mohamed, was awarded a National Security Language Initiative for Youth (NSLI-Y) Virtual Summer Intensive scholarship to study Arabic language for six weeks. The NSLI-Y is a program of the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) that promotes critical language learning among American youth. The unique program provides robust language and cultural learning opportunities by virtually connecting the participants with overseas teachers, international peers, cultural organizations, and communities where the target language is spoken.
