Eighteen Students Gain 1st Place and Advance to Regional Science Fair

The Washington – Lee HS Science Fair was held this past weekend and 18 students placed first. They will now take their talents to the Regional Science Fair to be held later this year in March. Congratulations all students that submitted ideas, projects, presentations for the Fair. The students names that will advance are: Alissa Rivero, Sophie Finkelstein, Raynie Baker-Rosenberg, Noah Portner, Caroline Cunningham, Dilin Williams, Jessica Byers, Elyse Hartmann, Riley Johnson, James Licato, Mahia Rahman, Belen Tesfaye, Morgan Atkinson, Spencer Lewis, Jacob Foster, Hamna Shafiq, and Molly Wernicke.
