She collaborates closely with the principal and the entire school community to advance the school’s mission and vision with purpose and heart. Her leadership is evident in the design and implementation of the School Improvement Plan, where she contributed meaningful action steps, monitored progress, and ensured staff felt connected to the school’s goals. She fosters a culture of continuous learning, providing guidance, and encouraging collaboration across teams. Above all, she builds strong, trusting relationships with students, families, and staff—relationships that reflect the school’s commitment to collaboration, respect, and community.
