Urban Land Institute Winners

Students presented their vision, site plan, and financial model to volunteers in a mock City Council today. This council is staffed by Urban Land Institute (ULI) members (real estate developers, city planners, marketing managers, and architects) and our ULI rep said that all presentations were excellent and better prepared than those recently done by University students.

ULI also invited Washington – Liberty HS students to see if anybody wanted to volunteer to compete against some teams from Maryland in a regional variant of this activity.
